Rinocorectia este interventia chirurgicala de modificare a aspectului estetic al nasului. In functie de forma initiala a acestuia, de prezenta sau nu a cocoasei, de lungimea nasului, de forma lobulului nazal, etc, trebuie facute modificari pe scheletul osos si/sau pe cel cartilaginos.
Lipoaspiratia este interventia chirurgicala de modelare a conturului corporal prin care se pot extrage cantitati moderate de grasime din anumite zone in care aceasta este depusa cu predilectie. Aceasta indepartare a tesutului adipos se face cu ajutorul unor canule subtiri introduse prin microincizii la nivelul zonelor interesate.

Liposuction
Is the body modeling surgical procedure that extract moderate amounts of fat in certain areas where it is filed with predilection. The fat removal is made using thin tubes inserted through the concerned areas by small incisions.
The procedure can be performed under general anesthesia or under local anesthesia intravenously aided .Before surgery ,the fat deposits that will be removed are marked with a drawing, then infiltrated with a adrenalinated cold saline solution .After 20 minutes, we can start the procedure and aspirate the modified fat from the infiltrated deposits.
The amount of extracted fatty emulsion varies , but in order to avoid imbalances in the body in case of multiple deposits a gradual solving,it’s preferred . It is important to note that the liposuction areas will become ecchymotic , swollen, painful, but the symptoms can be improved by applying special ointments and ice . Also relative rest is necessary approximately one week after surgery, depending on the operated area and each person's pain tolerance.
It is very important to wear a special elastic garments (pants, girdle) for the next 2 or 3 weeks after surgery ; that will prevent (permanent compression) accumulation of blood or seriousness in pockets created by removing fat, helipng uniform reaplication of the skin and underlying skin structures.
Possible complications may be general and local (hematoma, seroma, etc.) their risk increase if the surgery involves large . Therefore it is recommended to limit surgery to a few areas, and if you need more proceed serial operations.
